Pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(b)(i) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please note that the Company shall submit both the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company during the Financial Year 2018-19 to the Stock Exchanges. Therefore, the Company will publish the Consolidated Financial Results during the Financial Year 2018-19 in the newspapers in compliance with Regulation 47(b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
2. The Company shall also submit both Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the year 2017-18, for the first time. Please note the company has acquired DVS Industries Private Limited on 05 February 2018.
