a)Approved Audited Financial results for the third quarter / nine months ended December 31, 2017;
b)Approved reappointment of Mr.J.P.Rao as Whole-time Director of the Company for the period effective from 07.05.2018 (i.e., from the expiry of the present term of office) to 20.05.2021, subject to the approval of members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company;
c)We further state that the Auditor has expressed an unmodified opinion(s) on the audited financial results of the company for the third quarter / nine months ended December 31, 2017.
The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 11.30 Hrs and concluded at 1315 Hrs.
Copies of the audited financial results along with auditors' report thereon are enclosed.
