Apropos our submission, vide our Letter No.SEC/SES/2018 dated 16th August, 2018 regarding 56th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Friday, the 28th September, 2018 at the Registered Office of the Company at Cultural Centre Auditorium, Fertilizernagar Township, Fertilizernagar - 391 750, Dist. Vadodara.
Dividend upon its declaration at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid @ Rs.2.20 per equity shares of the Company on and from 8th October, 2018 to those members whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company on the Book Closure Date.
