Un-audited Financial Results of the Company along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon for the Second Quarter ended 30th September, 2018. The Un-audited Financial Results shall be published in the newspapers as per Regulation 47(1) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and would also be uploaded on the website of the Company (www.balmerlawrie.com) as per Regulation 46(2) of the SEBI LODR.
The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 12:30 p.m. and concluded at 5:40 p.m.
