The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 12th May, 2018 have acceded to his request.
Accordingly, pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBl (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015, this is to inform you that w.e.f. 12'h May, 2018, Mr. Sachit Jain ceases to be the Joint Managing Director of the Company. However, Mr. Sachit Jain will continue to be a Director on the Board of the Company. |
