2. To convene the Annual General Meeting of Members of the Company for the financial year
2017-18 and matters related thereto.
3. To discuss any other matters with the permission of the Chairman.
It is further informed that the Trading Window under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Code of Conduct farmed by the Company shall be closed for all designated persons of the Company and their relatives from 02nd August, 2018 to 15th August, 2018 (both days inclusive).
