Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby notify that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, the 11th July, 2018 to Thursday, the 12th July, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 56th Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on Saturday, the 14th July, 2018 and for payment of final dividend for year ended 31st March, 2018, if declared at the said AGM to the members holding shares as of close of business hours on Tuesday, 10th July, 2018. The payment of said dividend will be made on or after 14th July, 2018 but within the statutory time limit.
