This is to inform you that, we have acquired 6,03,000 Equity shares of Rs.1 each of Texmaco Infrastructure and Holdings Limited on 26th March, 2018 from Zuari Investments Limited as an inter-se transfer amongst the Promoter Group in terms of the Regulation 10(1)(a) (ii) of SEBI(Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 as amended. Our holdings in Texmaco Infrastructure and Holdings Limited after the acquisition of above shares, stands at 2,47,60,712 shares i.e. 19.43 % of the Total paid up share capital of Texmaco Infrastructure and Holdings Limited.
