The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26th March 2018, inter-alia, declared interim dividend at the rate of Rs. 4.30 ps. (Rupees Four and thirty paise Only) per equity share of face value of Rs 1/- each for the financial year 2017-18. The interim dividend declared is proposed to be paid on or before 31st March 2018.
