One of the Promoter Group -Trilochan Sahney Trust 1 has sold 10,00,000 (1.03% of share capital) shares between 28.5.2018 to 1.6.2018 and one of the Promoter Ms. H S Zaveri, had bought 14,907 (0.02% of share capital) shares between 24.5.2019 to 1.6.2019 ""hich has been intimated to the Stock Exchanges on 6.6.2018. We are informed there were no major promoter group transactions other than above.
Other than above there is no development which in our opinion may have a bearing on the price/volume behavior in the scrip, other than the positive outlook for the automotive industry, which is the major consumer of the Company''s products.
