Subject to approval of shareholders, the Board at its meeting held on 16 May 2018 has appointed the following Directors -
(i) Ms. Vrushali Agashe (DIN 06966630), as a Woman Independent Director, for a period of five (5) years, w.e.f. 16 May 2018
(ii) Shri Sadashiv S.Survase (DIN 01541589), as an Independent Director, for a period of five (5) years, w.e.f. 16 May 2018
B) Changes in KMP
1. Shri R.D. Haware (age 64 years) is retiring from the services of the company & resigning as Manager & CEO of the Company, effective 30 June 2018 owing to personal commitments.
2. In his place, Shri Shriniwas Pathak (age 44 years), DGM (Tool Room) is being appointed as the Manager & Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective 1 July 2018, subject to the approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
