Therefore, keeping the inability in view, Company passed a circulation resolution which was duly intimated to the Stock exchange and applied to Registrar of Companies, Chhattisgarh for an extension of one month time upto 30th October, 2018 for holding the 23rd Annual General meeting of the Company.
The said extension application has been approved by the Registrar of Companies, Chhattisgarh and the Company shall now hold its Annual General Meeting for the year 2017-18 on or before 30th October, 2018.
Kindly take the submission on records and also treat it disclosure under pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
