Consequently, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 31,47,50,480 consisting of 3,14,75,048 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each from Rs.30,60,84,440 consisting of 3,06,08,444 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.
