1. Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015: A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on, 18 May 2018, inter alia, to consider and approve Standalone Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2018 and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31 March 2018.
The Board of Directors in the aforesaid meeting will also consider the recommendation of dividend, if any for the financial year 2017-18.
2. Trading Window closure: The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 9 May 2018 to 22 May 2018 (both days inclusive) as per the Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
