As per Company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company by the Directors and designated Employees of the Company shall remain closed from 6th August, 2018 to 15th August, 2018 or 48 hours after the financial results are disseminated to the stock exchanges (both days inclusive) which ever is later. |
