Gayatri Projects Limited to be held at KLN Prasad Auditorium, The Federation of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Federation House, 11-6-841, Red Hills, P.B.14, Hyderabad - 500004, on Friday the 28th September 2018 at 4.00 p.m.
In respect with the Item No. 3 of the NOTICE for the appointment of Statutory Auditors of the Company, the period of office of Statutory Auditors has been inadvertently indicated as one year instead of five years as required under Section 139 read with Companies (Audit & Auditors) Rules, 2014, as amended.
In light of the above, the Item No. 3 of the notice needs to be amended. The corrigendum to the Notice will be sent to the shareholders through permitted mode.
Save for the change in Item No. 3, the information and contents set out in the notice remain unchanged.
