As required under the Listing Regulation, we hereby wish to inform you that Mr. K Balakrishnan (DIN- 00034031) has been appointed by the Board of the Bank as an Additional Non Executive Independent Director w.e.f 25th September 2018.
Mr. K Balakrishnan, is a graduate in Commerce and an Associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and Institute of Company Secretaries of India( ICSI) . He is an Investment banker having experience of over 26 years, having worked in IL&FS, HSBC, Lazard and is now at Kriscore Financial Advisors Private Limited, a company fully owned by him. He has in-depth understanding of the Indian financial markets.
At Federal Bank, he is appointed initially as an Additional Non Executive Independent Director for a period of three years. Mr. K Balakrishnan is not related to any other Director of the Bank.
