Granules India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 23, 2018, inter alia, has:-

1. Declared first interim dividend of 25 paise per share of face value of Re. 1/- each representing 25% of paid-up capital for the financial year 2018-19;

2. Approved further investment of up to USD 15.00 mn by way of debt/equity in Granules Pharmaceutical Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

3. Fixed the date of 27th Annual General Meeting on September 06, 2018.
