In the Interim, in terms of Regulation 6 of Listing Regulations, the Company has designated Shri Sudeep Jain - Fellow Company Secretary (FCS 9183) as 'Compliance Officer' of the Company with effect from 1st October, 2018. He will be responsible for ensuring compliances under Listing Regulations and other applicable laws and regulations.
