Approved, pursuant to the Regulations 30 and 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30 June 2018, duly reviewed by the Statutory Auditors along with the copy of Limited Review Report of the Company for the Quarter ended 30 June 2018, issued by them. The Company shall submit Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the remaining quarters/ half year of Financial Year 2018-2019.
