In terms of Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the Company has published Extract of statement of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018, which have been considered, approved and taken on record by the Board of Directors, at their meeting held on May 16, 2018.
The said financial results have been published in 'Business Standard' English edition and in 'Jai Hind' Gujarati edition dated May 19, 2018.
