(1) Alteration in Article of Association subject to approval of members for inclusion of new article to provide an option to shareholders to waive/forgo their right to receive dividend.
(2) Proposal for migration of company's equity shares from SME Platform of BSE Limited to Main Board of BSE Limited subject to approval of members through postal ballot.
