1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Statements for the F. Y. ended 31st March, 2018;
2. To consider recommendation of Dividend, if any, in respect of the Financial year 2017-18;
3. To consider and approve Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2018 prepared in terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015;
4. To consider and approve other corporate reports forming part of the forthcoming Annual Report-2017-18.
