We wish to inform you that in respect of the captioned subject matter, the NCD Committee of the Company, at its meeting held today, i.e August 10, 2018 approved the issue and allotment of 3500 rated, unlisted, secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures of Rs. 10,00,000 (Rupees Ten Lakhs Only ) each at par, pursuant to the provisions of Section 42,71 and other applicable provisions, of the Companies Act, 2013 and any other law for the time being in force and amendment from time to time.
This disclosure is being issued, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015.
