The e-voting on the resolutions put to vote at the 6th meeting of the CoC of the Company commenced at 9 August, 2018, at 02:00 p.m. and concluded on 10 August, 2018, at 02:00 p.m.
In this regard, please find enclosed the following outcome of E-Voting:
1. The time for submission of Resolution Plans extended from 14.08.2018 to 30.08.2018.
2. CoC also resolved to seek extension of CIRP period by a further 90 days beyond the normal 180 days i.e. up to 05/12/2018:
