Dalmia as an Additional Director in the category of Independent, Non-Executive Director to hold office for a period of five years, subject to approval by the members in the general meeting and his office as Director shall not be subject to retirement by rotation.
Mr. Nikhil A. Dalmia is not related to any other Directors, Key Managerial Personnel or Promoters of the Company.
