| Exchange Received Time 17/05/2018 21:27:04 Exchange Disseminated Time 17/05/2018 21:27:10 Time Taken 00:00:06 | In the Board Meeting held on May 17, 2018, the board of directors have subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company to be obtained in the next General Meeting of the Company::
(i) Changed the designation of Dr. Raja Mohan Rao from Non-Executive Director to Whole-time Director and authorised the Chairman of the Company to fix the remuneration; and
(ii) Changed the designation of Ms. Bhavana Rao from Non-Executive Director to Executive Director of the Company with effect from May 17, 2018. Ms. Bhavana Rao, won't be drawing any remuneration from Trigyn Technologies Limited.
Further, the composition of the Nomination / Remuneration / Compensation Committee (Committee) of the Company has been modified and Dr. Raja Mohan Rao being a Whole-time Director won't continue as a member of the Committee.
Mr. K. S. Sripathi, Independent Director has been appointed as the member of the Committee.
