| Exchange Received Time 31/05/2018 14:49:10 Exchange Disseminated Time 31/05/2018 14:49:17 Time Taken 00:00:07 | In accordance with the Provisions of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we had informed vide letter No. JPVL:SEC:2017 dated 31st May, 2017, about the execution of Business Transfer Agreement dated 31st May, 2017 entered into between Jaiprakash Power Ventures Limited (JPVL) and Orient Cement Limited (OCL) for sale of Nigrie Cement Grinding Unit by JPVL to OCL.
We are in receipt of letter dated 31st May, 2018 from Orient Cement Limited (copy enclosed) terminating the said Business Transfer Agreement and other related agreements pursuant to the closing of the transaction not having taken place within the expiry of 12 months from the Execution Date.
