Further, pursuant to the Company's Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct (the Code) for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities by Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Persons and Designated Persons, shall remain closed from Saturday, May 12, 2018 upto Friday, May 25, 2018 (both days inclusive) and shall re-open on Saturday, May 26, 2018.
