| Exchange Disseminated Time 12/05/2018 11:02:53 | Birla Cable Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 24, 2018, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2018, and to consider recommendation of dividend on equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2017-18.
Further, it is stated that as per the Company’s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for the designated employees, promoters and connected persons covered under the said code of the Company from May 12, 2018 to May 26, 2018 (both days inclusive). |
