Sub: Change in Key Managerial Personnel of the Company (Chief Financial Officer)
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the Policy on Determination of Materiality of Events of the Company, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors has, at its meeting held on May 04th, 2018 approved the appointment of Mr. Saurabh Gupta as Chief Financial Officer ('CFO') of the Company with immediate effect in place of Mr. Gopal Jagwan who shall be heading 'New project and Government Liaisoning' of the Company with immediate effect and shall no longer be designated as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
Enclosed herewith are the brief details of change of CFO (Annexure-A) as prescribed vide SEBI circular dated September 09, 2015 along with a detailed announcement in this respect.
