1. Approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the 2nd quarter ended 30th September 2018. Please find attached the following:
a) Unaudited Financial Results for the 2nd quarter ended 30th September 2018; and
b) Limited Review Report of Statutory Auditors.
2. Declared Interim Dividend of Re. 1 (Rupee One only) per Equity Share of Rs. 10 each for FY2018-19.
3. Approved the appointment of Ms. Akila Krishnakumar (holding DIN 06629992) as an Independent Woman Director on the Board of Directors of the Company for a term of five years with effect from 25th October 2018, subject to approval of the shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting.
