| Exchange Disseminated Time 14/05/2018 15:24:25 | | Blue Star Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 14, 2018, inter alia, recommended a final dividend of Rs. 8.50 per equity share of Rs. 2 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2018. In addition, to commemorate the Company’s platinum jubilee in 2018, the Directors have recommended a special dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share of Rs. 2 each. Accordingly, an aggregate dividend of Rs. 10 per equity share of Rs. 2 each has been proposed, for the financial year ended March 31, 2018. |
