In terms of the said Rules, individual communication has been sent to the concerned Shareholders by Registered Post and an advertisement has been published in 'Financial Express' English edition, Ahmedabad and 'Financial Express'' Gujarati edition (Regional Language), Ahmedabad, on 16th March, 2018.
In compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, a copy of the individual communication sent to the Shareholders and advertisement so published are enclosed for your kind perusal.
