| Exchange Received Time 12/10/2018 15:23:45 Exchange Disseminated Time 12/10/2018 15:23:51 Time Taken 00:00:06 | We would like to inform you that the Company had sent Annual Report for the Financial Year 2017-18 along with the letters for Compliances of SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/DOP1/CIR/P/2018/73 dated April 20, 2018 in respect of mandatory updation of PAN and Bank details of the shareholders and SEBI Notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2018/24 dated 8th June, 2018 in respect of mandatory demerterlization of security before placing the request for transfer of securities, to the shareholders who hold shares in the physical mode, in pursuant to Regulation 36 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The aforesaid Annual Report and necessary letters were sent to 3689 shareholders on 1st September, 2018 out of which 692 Annual Report had not been received by the shareholders due to various reasons such as address changes, non-availability of shareholder at the registered address with Company etc. We have enclosed list of the shareholder to whom the aforesaid Annual Report had not been received.
