| Exchange Received Time 28/05/2018 16:47:46 Exchange Disseminated Time 28/05/2018 16:47:52 Time Taken 00:00:06 | WML has issued 72,14,644 Warrants on a preferential basis (convertible into eq. sh.), to persons other than the Promoter & Promoter group, at a price of Rs. 63.30/- each (consisting of Rs. 2/- towards face value & Rs. 61.30/- as Premium), as approved by the sh. holders at the EGM held on 12.12.2017. 25% of the total issue price, aggregating to Rs. 11,54,34,304/- was recd by the Co. & the allotment of aforesaid warrants has been made by the BOD on 09.01.2018.
With regard to the above fund as received by the Co. we hereby confirm, under Reg 32 of the SEBI (LODR) Reg., 2015, that:
a.there has been no deviation in the use of proceeds/funds from the objects stated in the Private Placement Offer Letter and Expl. Stat.of Notice, dated 10.11.2017, of the EGM.
b.there has been no variation between projected utilization of funds, made by the Co. as stated in the Private Placement Offer Letter and Expl. Statement of Notice, dated 10.11.2017, of the EGM, & the actual utilization of funds. |
