Further, pursuant to the Code of fair disclosure, internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders ('the Code') of the Company and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities by Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Persons and Designated Persons, shall remain closed from Friday, July 27, 2018 to Sunday, August 05, 2018 (both days inclusive) and shall re-open on Monday, August 06, 2018.
