As such, Ms. Monika Arora would have vacated the Directorship w.e.f 31.10.2016'.
In this regard, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, it is informed that Ms. Monika Arora has ceased to be a Director from the Board of Directors of the Company
