Reference to the captioned subject, we have intimated about the formation of Joint Venture Company (JVC) with M/s.Rafael Advanced Defense Systems Ltd., Israel vide our letter no: AMP:BSE:TAN:2015-16 dated August 24, 2015.
In continuation to the above, we have invested Rs.16,24,90,000/- (Rupees Sixteen crores twenty four lacs ninety thousand only) on 21.06.2018 in the equity capital of M/s. Astra Rafael Comsys Private ltd., Joint Venture Company (JVC).
Disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 is annexed.
