1)To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Half year ended & year ended 31st March, 2018.
2)To consider and recommend Dividend, if any, on Equity Shares for the year ended 31st March, 2018.
Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report of trading in Company's Securities by Insiders framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for trading in Company's securities shall remain closed for all Employees / Directors / Designated Persons of the Company from 19th May, 2018 to 31st May, 2018 (both days inclusive).
