No. FHL/SEC/STEX/RR/2018-19 dated May 17, 2018, whereby, it was informed that the Board of Directors of Fortis Healthcare Limited ('the Company') had received a letter from IHH Healthcare Berhad ('IHH') for extension of the acceptance period for the Enhanced Revised Offer.
It is hereby informed that the Company today i.e. May 25, 2018, has received a letter from IHH, as attached herewith for extension of the acceptance period for the Enhanced Revised Offer.
