This is with reference to various Announcements Company had made with the Stock Exchanges. In this regard we would like to provide and update to the announcements made, the details of which are as under:
1. Empanelment with UIDAI as Enrolling Agency: The Company was empaneled as Enrolling Agency with UIDAI till March 2017. Upon expiry of the term, the company applied for renewal which is pending with the Authority. However, we have been given to understand that due to changes in regulatory & policy framework, the UID Authority may not renew the Company's application.
2. Upon being appointed by UIDAI as Enrolling Agency, the company had bagged an order from CSC e-Governance India Pvt. Ltd. to carry out 155 permanent Aadhaar enrollment centers across the state of Gujarat and the company had successfully carried out its functions as enrolling agency. With the expiry of the Agency Term and non-renewal of the Company as an enrolling agency by the UID Authority due to changes in the Regulatory and Policy framework, the company is no more carrying out its activities as an Enrolling Agency, however, as and when the UID Authority renews the Agency Terms, the company would again commence the activity.
3. The Company was appointed by CSC e-Governance India Pvt. Ltd. for printing of Voter Id cards. The Company has completed its assignment with them and are in the process of delivering necessary reports.
4. Agreement with 'ANI Technologies Private Limited'(OLA) for booking OLA cabs through UVA point dealer network - The Agreement with OLA has expired and we were in talks with ANI technologies Pvt. Ltd. for renewal of the Agreement, however, the company and ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. could not come to a consensus on some of the terms and we are of the opinion that Agreement with ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. may not get renewed.
5. Reseller agreement with nuu:bit Inc, a Delaware Corporation- In this regard we would like to inform you that the Technology (nuu:bit) has been provide to some of our friendly clients on trial basis, the results of which are awaited. Once we are satisfied with the trial run of the Technology the same would be marketed and accordingly the Stock Exchange would be intimated.
6. Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with QzIP Blockchain Technology LLP (QzIP.in) - Currently the MOU entered by the Company with QzIP in on hold. As soon as there is some development, the same would be intimated.
