| Exchange Received Time 29/10/2018 12:43:36 Exchange Disseminated Time 29/10/2018 12:43:45 Time Taken 00:00:09 | In continuation of our letter dt. 17th October, 2018 and 22nd October, 2018, and in terms of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the Board of Directors of Power Finance Corporation Ltd. (PFC) in its meeting scheduled to be held on Friday, November 2, 2018 will, inter-alia consider a proposal for revision in limits for raising of resources i.e. Market Borrowing program for the Financial Year 2018-19 through issuance of bonds, term loans, Capital Gain Bonds, Commercial Paper etc. from domestic & international markets.
The funds will actually be raised from time to time during the Financial Year 2018-19, with the approval of competent authority as per powers delegated in this regard, by the Board of Directors in the said meeting.
