This is to inform you that the Next Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Saturday, the 29th day of September 2018 at Regd. Office of the Company in connection with adoption of accounts.
Pursuant to Section 91 of Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Share Transfer Book and the Member's Registers of the Company shall remain closed from 22/09/2018 to 29/09/2018 (both days inclusive) in connection with the Annual General Meeting of the Company. Kindly inform your members accordingly.
In compliance with the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 as amended from time to time and Regulation 44 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Company will provide Remote e-voting facility to its members, to exercise their right to vote by electronic means for transacting at the 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on 29th September 2018. The Company would be availing remote e-voting Services of Central Depository (Services) India Limited (CDSL).
Further Company has fixed 21st September 2018 as the CUT-OFF DATE to the ascertain the eligibility of the members of the Company to cast their votes through remote e-voting as well as for the voting/ polling at the 31st Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 29th September 2018.
Therefore a person, whose name is recorded in the Register of Members of the Company or in the Register of Beneficiary owners maintained by the Depositories as on the cut-off date, shall be entitled to avail the facility of remote e-voting as well as voting at the AGM.
The remote e-voting period begins on September 26, 2018 at 9.00 A.M. and will end on September 28, 2018 at 5.00 P.M.
