1. Unaudited Financial results and the Limited Review for the first quarter ended 30.06.2018.
2. Appointment of Key Managerial Personnel:-
i) Appointment of Mr. Deepak G Prabhu as Chief Financial Officer of the company to hold office w.e.f. 01.10.2018.
ii) Appointment of Mr. G. Karthikeyan as Company Secretary of the company to hold office w.e.f. 01.10.2018
