1. Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2018 along with the Limited Review Report thereon.
2. To Consider Interim Dividend, if any, for the year 2018-19.
3. Convening of 35th Annual General Meeting to be held for the financial year 2017-18.
Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 TRADING WINDOW for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from July 30, 2018 to August 10, 2018 (both days inclusive). Trading window will be opened from August 11, 2018. |
