In continuation to our intimation dated 10th September, 2018 regarding acquisition of 49% of the issued and paid up share capital of Elica PB India Private Limited, please be informed that in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company, in respect of the financial year 2018-19 (other than the last quarter), has opted to publish only the quarterly standalone financial results from quarter ended 30th September, 2018 and would not be publishing the quarterly/ year-to date consolidated financial results.
