Further, as per Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of insider Trading pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of lnsider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'Trading Window" for dealing in shares of the Company shall be closed for all the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company from November 06th, 2018 till the expiry of 48 hours from the conclusion of the Board Meeting to be held on November 12th, 2018. The purpose to close the 'Trading Window' of the Company is to consider the Un-Audited financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30th 2018. |
