Balu Road, Prabhadevi, Mumbai 400 025.
Further, in terms of Regulation 42 of Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that the Register of Member and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, July 12, 2018 to Friday, July 20, 2018 (both days inclusive) for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of 59th AGM and payment of Dividend for FY 2017-18, if declared at 59th AGM.
The dividend, if declared at the 59th AGM will be paid to the members within 30 days of declaration of the same.
