The dividend, if declared in the AGM, shall be paid to those shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company on 7th September, 2018, after giving effect to valid share transfers in physical form lodged with the Company on or before above said date and in respect of shares in electronic form, to those Beneficial Owners whose names appear on the statement of beneficial ownership furnished by National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited as at the end of the business hours of 7th September, 2018.
